As the year swiftly approaches an end, a new year will be upon us, but unfortunately, not much will change or improve within the vast world of injustice. It is becoming increasingly important for each of us to start to look at what is going on around us and learn to understand and find the distinction between truth and allegation. It is so difficult to determine if those who seem to corroborate the truth are motivated by doing what is right or to seek some monetary reward or position by riding on the coat tails of some pending lawsuit or action. If we simply continue to let the media hype fulfill our curiosity for the truth, then we will likely never delve further to seek the facts behind the hype. In order to give someone the presumption of innocence; we must sometimes play the devil's advocate against what the media tells us is so. We must try to step outside our own biases and opinions and step into the shoes of the accused and ask yourself some common sense questions of "w...

In the news yesterday: Convicted robber says he couldn't have committed the crime You might just ask yourself, how could this be possible ? During the process of an investigation, the process of discovery and the process of an defense attorney's alibi motions you would have thought that someone along the way would have picked up on the fact that Mr. Montgomery was already incarcerated on another charge when this robbery occurred! It appears that both sides of the system let him down. Yes, as the article states he's not the most upstanding citizen in the world, but does that make him the target of being the most likely suspect for this investigation and his subsequent conviction of LIFE for a robbery he didn't commit? Really, all these trained professions missed the most obvious fact and answer to the most basic question in the investigative process of a crime, "where were you when this crime occurred?"
