 Read the Article here: Group Accuses Morton Prosecutors of Gross Misconduct What these people did to Micheal Morton was kidnap an innocent man, deprived him of his freedom, ignored and fought to silence his pleads for help and now fail to acknowledge any deliberate wrong doings resulting in having his freedom taken away from him. Anyone else committing such heinous acts would be severely punished for as many years as Mr. Morton was. It's time to start setting an example; raising the bar for accountability for those people like Bradley, Anderson and Davis, and punish them like they would any ordinary citizen. And don't except claims that they were not properly trained or instructed in procedures and ethics and they didn't know what they were doing. Remember, "ignorance of the law is no excuse"? Send a clear message that judicial and prosecutorial immunity is no longer accepted when evidence shows you have misused your power and authority to convict...

Police: Family accuses man of sex abuse Really? Charged as an adult? He would have been 12 if the alleged victim was 7. What caused the victim to contact DSS/CPS at 17 to now go after this then 12 year old? Was it sexual abuse? Did it really happen? Too vague unless there was physical evidence of sexual activity. Today's children are much more sexually aware at younger ages than we may want to acknowledge. The problem here is the reporting some 10 years later and alleging something that could potentially ruin a young man's life upon only the word of the accuser. If there was sexual contact rather than adolescent touching, one would think the parents would have taken more considerable action back when it allegedly occurred. We really need to think hard and examine closely the collateral damage from assuming mere words reflect the truth without corroborating evidence. Please read this report of juvenile prosecutions. Another article from the Statesman.com speaks about and I quote: "The people who are the system have the responsibility to maintain that system's integrity like it was their own because it is."  Systems Don't Fail; People Do Did the preventable destruction of Micheal Morton's life and that of his family and also that of the victim's family change anything about how State District Judge Ken Anderson continues to operate in his position of influence and power?  He, like so many others within our justice system, believe that they are truly immune from responsibility even though evidence proves they committed intentional violations to the very system they swore to uphold and protect. Until we the people demand a change to the system that requires accountability of "anyone" who violates the law and the constitution, these arrogant chosen individuals are going to continue to operate status quo and will continue to place other innocent lives in jeopardy...
