Bach documents case after case of judges who don't judge, prosecutors that don't prosecute, defenders who don't defend, because the overwhelming number of cases are plea-bargained away or never go to trial. This person FALSELY ACCUSES these 3 Duke lacrosse players; they spend a million dollars a piece on attorneys to PROVE their innocence and all she can get charged for is a misdemeanor charge of falsely reporting a crime! Why must someone spend that kind of money to fight something that wasn't even real in the first place? What would someone faced with in this situation do if they couldn't afford million dollar attorneys...like you and me? We'd be sitting in prison for a crime that never existed!
