A man wrongly convicted of murder is asking the Supreme Court to test the validity of prosecutorial immunity.

If Prosecutors were like doctors that can be held accountable for malpractice and be sued; then perhaps they would be more concise and just when it comes to doing their jobs. The desire to win without consequences for their actions continues to jeopardize due process and the protection of innocence under the constitution. The media continues to expose these acts of misconduct and the only ones that ever suffer are those wrongfully convicted; with no recourse to hold those responsible accountable for THEIR actions!
